CORONAVIRUS SPECIFIC: Due to unavoidable staff and stock costs, rescheduling your event may incur charges: 7 days before the event costs £50, up to 2 weeks before the event is £25. Over 2 weeks is free of charge. The remainder of your deposit will be transferred to your new booking or a gift voucher for future use.

In the event of a government ordered closure, we will transfer all monies paid into universal gift vouchers with no expiry date, to allow you to rebook your party or laser session in the future. 

Terms and Conditions for Labyrinth Norwich Limited.


1.      Bookings can be made in person, by telephone on 01603 666745, by email on book@labyrinthnorwich.co.uk or securely online through our website.

2.      To book a laser tag session for a specific time on a specific date we require a 50% deposit or a greater amount. This payment prevents others from booking this session on a specific time on a specific date and is therefore non-refundable at the point the amount is paid and the booking is confirmed. Your booking is valid once you receive your confirmation email. Should you have not received this within 2hrs of booking, please contact us via the methods detailed in point 1.

3.      Payments must be made by credit or debit card or cash. We do not accept cheques.

4.      Once payments are received for our sessions they are non refundable in accordance to the cancellation charges stated below. In the event that members of the group are a ‘no-show’ on the date booked the session price and price per player for those players are non-refundable.


Our maximum capacity for laser tag parties and sessions is 18 people. If you have booked a regular birthday party, the minimum charge is for 12 participants and is payable if fewer than 12 people attend. For mini parties the minimum payable is for 6 people. Additional guests can be added during the booking process. Please contact us a week before the booking date to confirm final numbers. We understand that with birthday parties, sometimes people RSVP late. We may well be able to accommodate additional guests but please email or call ahead where possible. In the event you aren't able to confirm availability with us, non-booked additional guests must not exceed 2 people.

If you have booked a laser tag session and you wish to increase your numbers please book the additional spaces online. In the event you attend with more participants than you have booked for, please note, any participants over the number booked may be unable to take part.



The minimum age for laser tag is 6 years old for all our birthday parties. Age restricted sessions are for under 12s. Please ensure that you comply with the age restrictions, as players attending who do not meet the minimum requirement will not be allowed to participate.

All players must be physically capable to hold the laser tag phasor with two hands, understand the game concept and adhere to the rules.


If you decide to cancel your booking you must notify us in writing.

  • As stated above, payments are non-refundable unless we will be able to resell your allocated time. Any refunds in this circumstance are made at the manager's discretion and will be subject to a 3% charge for payment processing.

  • If you wish to rearrange a booking you must inform us in writing at least 10 days before the  booking date. We will endeavour to rearrange your booking whereever possible but cannot guarantee that it will be possible, in which case we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund.

  • We do not refund or transfer sessions for non attendance on the day or due to illness.

  • The arrangements for Labyrinth are put together in good faith in advance and we must therefore reserve the right to make alterations to and correct any errors to the event details before and after your booking has been confirmed. Most of these changes will be minor and we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your booking.


We can not accommodate late parties. The time stated on your confirmation is the ‘start time’. We require participants to be ready to take part in the activity at the booking 'start-time' to enable a briefing and game safety talk to take place. 

We will do our best to accommodate all parties but this cannot be guaranteed if your arrival time and our commitment to other bookings prevents us from being able to brief you. Due to our health and safety policy, customers will not be allowed to participate if they have missed the briefing and game safety talk. The booking will normally be treated as a cancellation in the event of late arrival with the loss of all monies.


The venue has the right, at all times, to refuse participants access to the booked activity at any stage of the booking and remove them from their venue if in their opinion the participants are under or over the permitted age; are unfit to take part in the activity because of physical or mental impairment; be under the influence of alcohol or drugs; have arrived too late to take part in the pre-activity briefing; consider them to be a danger to themselves, other participants or members of staff; or are displaying aggressive and abusive behaviour (verbal or physical). If any of these occurrences apply, the booking will have been deemed to have been cancelled and full cancellation charges will apply.

Should any participant damage the property of the venue, or verbally or physically injure a member of the staff or other participants, they will be dealt with by the venue management accordingly and may face prosecution by the venue. Labyrinth will not become involved in such matters other than to supply the necessary authorities with contact details of the offending party / parties. Any communications relating to such matters should be conducted between the venue, the offending party / parties and the authorities.


Players take part at their own risk.  Whilst all our activities are as safe as they can be, safety instructions must be followed at all times as well as any instructions from the marshals on the day. You are advised not to engage in risky or daring behaviour. All physical activities by definition involve an element of risk so it is a given that you undertake the activity with the full understanding of this and accept responsibility for your own safety and the risks involved in taking part. Labyrinth arena rules must be abided by. These include: no running; no climbing on walls or scenery, no physical contact, no laying, sitting or rolling on the floor and no foul language. All players will receive a safety briefing before their first game. Failure to comply may result in removal from the arena and no refund given.


It is a term and condition that all participants must have the correct medications on them at all times to be able to treat them for ALL medical conditions they have. If laser tag players have a medical condition, we advise they consult with their GP before playing.


Except as otherwise provided in these Booking terms and conditions, Labyrinth shall not be responsible for the loss, or damage of or to any property or to any person arising from the booking of or participation in the activities we provide.
